Collection Manager Features

Users log on to Collection Manager and gain access its functions via a series of easy to use icons and menus.

Access to functions is security controlled ensuring users only have access to what they are entitled to.

The system automatically keeps track of user activity via comprehensive system audit trails.

A number of easy to use maintenance functions  are available to set up and maintain company, branch, vehicle, waste type, bin size, service type, suburb, sales group code, run and other details.

Customer account and driver details are also easily entered and maintained.

Details of each waste collection task, including site address, contact, service type, schedule and charges, are entered and placed into the appropriate run. Front lift, rear lift, skip bin pickup, delivery and changeover, equipment rental, site fees, cleaning, maintenance and storage services are all catered for.

Standard and specific service charges are easily maintained and automatically calculated and applied to customer accounts. Pre Paid and Billing in Advance accounts are supported

Users can quickly and efficiently carry out service and run amendments and inquiries for customers and management.  Ad hoc or ring in jobs can be easily entered and allocated to a run using Collection Manager.

Run sheets, listing details of collection tasks to be carried out by each driver/vehicle are printed daily. As drivers complete each job on the run, they record the number of bins emptied, equipment serviced, overloads, etc and note any variations compared with what was contracted to be done.

Run Sheet headers are included and can be used to gather vital statistical details for each run/vehicle such as hours worked, break times, fuel used, kilometres travelled, etc.

Drivers subsequently return the run sheets which are used to confirm services and variations including additional items, tipping fees, overloads, order number, references, reasons for not completing, etc).

Vital driver vehicle and run statistics can be entered as each run is updated providing the basis for management to gain invaluable feedback via the collection manager productivity reporting  module.

Fully integrated, comprehensive and easy to use  debtors and invoicing functions are available to keep track of customer charges,  allow reconciliation of accounts, processing of their payments, maintenance of credit and journal transactions and printing of sales, aged trial balance, bank deposit, overdue debtors and other related reports.
